| I/We
hereby instruct DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Bank", which
expression shall include its successors and assigns) to effect
transfers from my/our bank account specified below to my credit card
account from time to time. |

| The
Bank shall not be obliged to ascertain whether or not notice of any
such transfer has been given to me/us and I/we jointly and severally
accept full responsibility for any overdraft (or increase in existing
overdraft) on my/our Bank account which may arise as a result of any
such transfer(s). |

| I/We
agree that should there be insufficient funds in my/our Bank account to
meet any transfer hereby authorized, the Bank shall be entitled, in its
discretion, not to effect such transfer and may then make the usual
charge and that it may cancel this authorization at any time on 1
week's written notice. |

| Any
notice of cancellation or variation of this instruction must be
received by the Bank and accepted at least 3 business days prior to the
date on which it is to take effect. |

| I/We
agree that this instruction shall remain in full force and effect
notwithstanding (i) any replacement account number being assigned by
the Bank from time to time for whatever reason, or (ii) that any of the
Cardholders shall for whatever reasons have ceased to be a holder of
the respective Credit Card. |

| Please note the following terms which shall be binding on you: |
| 1. |
If
the Bank refuses for any reason to process a direct debit to your
account for the full amount due under the payment options stated above,
you will be responsible for payment of the outstanding balance before
the payment due date and a service fee will be charged. |
| 2. |
All
existing direct debit authorizations, if any, with the Bank for
settlement of any of the above credit card account selected are hereby
cancelled. |
| 3. |
Until
you receive a statement with the message "Automatic payment", you must
continue to pay your credit card account monthly statement received
from DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited by cash or cheque. |
