How to provide feedback, make suggestions or raise a complaint to DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited

Upon receipt of your suggestion / complaint, our designated staff, will promptly carry out a review and provide you a final response within seven days of our receipt of your letter / fax / e-mail. If he / she needs more than seven days to complete the review, he / she will provide you an acknowledgment letter while the final response will follow within 30 days of our receipt of your letter / fax / e-mail. The result of the review will be reported to our management and will be used for our improvement of our standards of services.
